Installation
Our team of trained technicians operating on the whole area of the Czech Republic is able to install independently the refrigerating technology directly onto your facility or in rooms of your company.
We will provide:
- delivery of cooling units
- create montage cut-outs for installation on distributor steel sheets and following positioning of cooling units
- additional mechanical reinforcement of structure of distributors, additional insulation preventing a free access of ambient air into inside space of the distributor, additional installation of insulating panels markedly increasing thermal-insulating capabilities and lowering the heat passage into the inside space of the distributor, blinding the apertures after original refrigeration technology, additional equipment of distributors with elements ensuring easy use like loading wheels for easy doors closing, chassis reinforcing, special supporting steel structures
- installation of appropriate electrical distributions including protection
- installation of all controlling and checking elements like door position switches, light and acoustic signals and as well the systems for remote data transfers and others
- complex service water distributions including installation of all operational elements, i.e. compensating valves, bypasses, expansion tanks, storage tanks, pumps, filters, pressure gauges, thermometers, clack valves, etc.
- training of operators for operation and maintenance of the appliance
