You can download documents in PDF format from enclosed files in which you will find photo documentation including description of single cooling systems according to the type of cooling system used.

Direct cooling system

Wall-mounted units Toptherm Samples of realisation
Roof-top units Toptherm Samples of realisation

Direct cooling using cooling units Toptherm is advantageous mainly in regard to easy and quick installation without necessity of greater interventions into distributors. The device can be mounted according to its type on wall or roof of the distributor. Important condition for operation of the device are acceptable ambient temperatures, i.e. maximum of temperature up to 55°C with sufficient exchange of fresh air and its adequate level of pollution.

System for indirect cooling of distributors using heat exchangers

Indirect water cooling \"MINI\" Samples of realisation
Indirect water cooling \"INDUSTRY\" Samples of realisation

Construction of water cooling systems is required mainly with regard to environment where the distributors are situated. Everywhere there where standard cooling units can not be installed because of high ambient temperatures and higher level of ambient air pollution the water-air heat exchangers have their turn. Another aspect speaking for indirect cooling can be also a possibility of compounding a higher number of cooled distributors or possibly also engineering components cooled by water with utilization of central cooling. Lower investment costs and absolutely clear saving of energy and minimum maintenance are then advantageous.

Industrial cooling

Separate chapter in industry of technological water cooling are applications where there the water cooling ensures a sensitive regulation of required temperature of given engineering components or media, eg. machine tool spindles, motors, welding heads, cutting emulsions, hydraulic oils.
